Procedure

Heat A and B to 75°C. BergaMuls ET 1 and corn starch are added to the oil phase under gentle stirring. Add slowly A to B while stirring (800rpm, no lumps must be seeable) After 5 min. of stirring, homogenize for 30-60 sec. under high shear force (9000rpm) Add C and D under stirring as soon as mixture is cooled to approx. 40°C. The emulsion should be stirred at least 40 min. Homogenize (30-60 sec.) again.
